get your own medical MMJ card hassle-free!
- Make sure you have a copy of your Arkansas state ID (Arkansas driver's license or Arkansas state ID issued by DMV).
- Obtain a physician certification by clicking here.
- Create your patient profile on the Arkansas Department of Health portal by clicking here.
- Once you've set up your patient profile on the Arkansas Department of Health and logged in, click on the 'Application' tab at the top of the screen.
- Select the appropriate application, usually 'Patient Application.'
- On the 'Patient Application' screen, you can upload copies of your Arkansas state ID and the physician certification from our team. You'll also be able to make the $50 payment directly through this application.
THAT'S IT! YOU ARE DONE!
Once you have paid the $50 fee, your card will be mailed to you within 10-14 days.
The state of Arkansas does not provide a temporary card to use while you wait for your permanent card.
