get your own medical MMJ card hassle-free!

  1. Make sure you have a copy of your Arkansas state ID (Arkansas driver's license or Arkansas state ID issued by DMV).
  2. Obtain a physician certification by clicking here.
  3. Create your patient profile on the Arkansas Department of Health portal by clicking here.
  4. Once you've set up your patient profile on the Arkansas Department of Health and logged in, click on the 'Application' tab at the top of the screen.
  5. Select the appropriate application, usually 'Patient Application.'
  6. On the 'Patient Application' screen, you can upload copies of your Arkansas state ID and the physician certification from our team. You'll also be able to make the $50 payment directly through this application.



THAT'S IT! YOU ARE DONE!


Once you have paid the $50 fee, your card will be mailed to you within 10-14 days.
The state of Arkansas does not provide a temporary card to use while you wait for your permanent card.
